As the CIPD team at Suffolk New College, Stella Day and I are very excited that the CIPD has approved the College to deliver the Foundation (Level 3) Diploma in HR Practice. This gives us the opportunity to offer a wider breadth of knowledge and skills to students and enables learners taking the Foundation Certificate in HR Practice (CHRP), which we also offer, to study extra modules to give them a "bigger" qualification.

Both these courses are particularly suitable for people working in HR support roles who want to progress their careers; or for those who are new to HR; or those considering a career in HR. They are also very useful for managers in organisations where there is no HR team and we have had several company directors joining the course in previous years.
