Hi Wing, no, we're not limited to the UK - it's just that our community has been built around a series of tweetups and unconferences - all in London so far, and we've only recently built our first effective online presence.  So Jakarta has been excluded in the same way that Birmingham or Manchester has.  But we are now keen to build the community internationally as the larger the community, the more useful it will be for everyone.  And if local members want to start running their own tweetups and unconferences based on their membership of the connectinghr community, and using this name, that's fine as well.  We'll also try to support that based upon our experience here, and you may even find a couple of us try to attend...  But I think the first thing is just to get involaved in the online community, and we'll see where it goes....  By the way, there are already people on here from the US, Canada. Switzerland, Croatia, Australia and probably a few other countries I've forgotten too.
