- I'm an Learning & OD professional, with over 14 years international experience in L&D, Training, Coaching, Facilitation, Individual, Team & Leadership Development.
My global experience has given me unique insight into the complexities of cultural and political influences on organizational learning and leadership.
Whilst working for a International Oil Company, in Corp HR/Workforce Development, I had the opportunity to run programmes in the USA, Australia, UK, Russia, Netherlands, Spain, Kazakhstan, Kuwait and South Africa.
I am a native Portuguese speaker; fluent in English and also speak Italian, Spanish and French.
