My main interest is in democratisation of the workplace, employee engagement, participation and collaboration. Practitioner (facilitator) of Sociocracy (collaborative governance), Lean-flow leadership and Open Space Technology. Background: Corporate learning development (intercultural management) in Japan, where people first principle applies (clients and employees, rather than shareholders).
