Tell us a little about you and your interest in being part of the ConnectingHR community!

I'm the Head of UK Operations at Working Voices although I actually cover the whole of EMEA. We're a niche consultancy offering communications skills training and development. I've been involved in people management and development for over 15 years as well as operations management and business development. Having attended the latest un-conference I really like the idea of becoming part of this community - and don't panic I'm not going to try and 'hard sell' our products. That's not my style. I am here to help if anyone wants some advice but I'm primarily here to get to know some like-minded individuals and see what comes of the community.
