Food for thought 2: I have often thought about leaders in business and why they are followed. Is it that people choose to follow them because it is career limiting not to ..... or because they find them deeply inspiring? I have met very few business leaders who are inspiring in my line of work, never mind deeply. So is it asking too much to be inspired by leadership? Hmmmmm

Food for thought 1 : It has been written that effective leadership is about lifting people not elevating yourself. Yet we often see the latter in business. What kind of leader are you? A positional one or a relational one? Hmmmmmmm....
