Hi All
For thosef of you that may not know, I have just started working for a new company having moved on from Talis.
One of my first projects has been to revamp their Electronic Communications Policy and their current one is quite restrictive in terms of what employees can and cant do. I'd like to try and make this a lot more open, and was wondering if any one had any examples of policies that were based more on guidelines rather than restrictions, particuarly in relation to social media, blogging etc.
Thanks in advance for your help!!

It's hot off the press from one of my clients who are trying to take a more informal and encouraging approach. I have anonymised it obviously. Hope its useful.
