I'm working on a couple of things and would be grateful for any input from the ConnectingHR community :)
1. Graduate recruitment. I'm going to be undertaking this again this year. Last year was the first time and I have all kinds of things in place and am confident that we have some excellent assessments in place. However, I'm always open to hearing views from others on what they've done and any fresh ideas that we could use.
2. Improving feedback loops on resourcing. I'm looking to do a survey with our internal customers on the quality of both the recruitment process and the outcomes; as well as a separate exercise for new appointments. Again, I've done a fair chunk of work on this but would love to hear some ideas for powerful questions that I could use.
