Flexible Working in the Construction Industry

Hi everyone,

Does anyone have any examples of flexible working practices in the construction industry? Trying to research an article, but coming up with very little in the way of case studies except for Balfour Beatty.

Appreciate any insights!

Sorry, new member so probably late to the party! I work for a construction SME and we've offered and agreed flexible working for two employees (both experiencing childcare issues.) Happy to help if still relevant?
